In accordance with European Regulation No. 679/2016 (hereinafter “Regulation”) and national data protection laws (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Privacy Regulations”), Interviewscouter invites you to carefully read this Privacy Policy, which contains important information about the protection of your Personal Data.
The processing of your Personal Data will be guided by the principles of fairness, legality, transparency, purpose limitation and data retention, minimization and accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

The provision of Data referred to in points i), ii), vi), vii), and viii) of the previous section 2 is entirely voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide the said data, the Controller will not be able to fulfill your requests regarding the use of our Service.
The collection of Data in points iii), iv), and v) is implicit in the navigation on the Site.
In any case, we are committed to ensuring that the information collected and used is appropriate for the described purposes and does not constitute an invasion of your personal sphere beyond the boundaries set by your consent.

a) Satisfaction of Your Requests and Use of Services Offered by the Controller

With your explicit consent, the Controller will use the Data for direct marketing purposes, i.e., for sending advertising material related to products and/or services and/or events promoted by Interviewscouter via automated calls, SMS, MMS, and traditional mail. d) Indirect Marketing
With your explicit and specific consent, the Controller may send you commercial communications related to services or products from companies operating in sectors of your interest. With your explicit and specific consent, the Controller may process your Data for profiling purposes. f) Analysis Purposes
The Data you provide and the information related to your interaction will be included in our database and used anonymously to analyze and improve the services offered, evaluate the effectiveness of our activities and initiatives, and conduct statistical analysis on the composition of the database itself. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller.

g) Legal Obligations
Finally, the Controller processes Data to comply with legal obligations to which it is subject, according to Art. 6, par. 1, letter c) of the Regulation.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS
The Data collected may be communicated to third parties, particularly to pursue the indicated purposes, but will not be disseminated or transferred to a third country or international organization, except where communication to third parties is required by national or European Union law.
Your Data may be communicated to companies specifically appointed as data processors by the Controller, which provide IT services and perform technical operations for maintenance, optimization, management, and development of the Site's functionalities and Services.
Your Personal Data may be made accessible, for the above purposes, to employees and collaborators of Interviewscouter.
Finally, your Data may be transmitted to judicial authorities where necessary and in cases provided by law.

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Controller processes your Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in the previous section 3.
Data provided by you for the conclusion of the contract concerning the Services will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and as long as obligations or requirements related to contract performance exist. Data will be kept for a period strictly necessary, after the termination of the contractual relationship, exclusively for purposes related to compliance with legal obligations or the defense of the Controller's rights.
With regard to marketing processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest or your consent, your Data will be processed for the entire duration of the contract as long as obligations or requirements related to its execution persist, unless you oppose the processing or revoke your consent.
Billing data will be kept for a period necessary to ensure the correct execution of the contract and for an additional 10 years for the fulfillment of related administrative and tax obligations.
Finally, we reserve the right to retain so-called log-in and log-out data for a period necessary to manage potential crimes committed against the Site (e.g., hacking activities).

By accessing and using this website (the "Site"), the User agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of use (hereinafter "Terms"). Nature of the Service

The service offered consists of sending introductory emails ("cold emails") on behalf of the User, using the personal email address provided by the User during the registration phase. Rights, Obligations of the Parties

Users may access and use the Site's features and its content at their discretion, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The User shall not use the website in any manner that could encourage, induce, or engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity under these Terms. Users should use their own antivirus software.

ii) refrain from any behavior that could prejudice and/or hinder the other Party's performance of its obligations;
iv) promptly notify the other Party in case of difficulties and agree on the best possible solution in the shortest possible time.The User declares to exercise due diligence in using the Site in compliance with the following Terms.

Interviewscouter undertakes to implement all policies aimed at ensuring the maximum security of its website and to use tools that operate in this regard. Interviewscouter assumes no responsibility for issues (viruses, malware, spyware, etc.) that may be caused by linking to its Site.

Force Majeure

The Parties shall not be held liable for delays or failures in the performance of the Terms if such delays or failures are caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances as defined in Articles 1218 and 1256 of the italian civil code.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, and resolution of the Terms, Users are also informed of the possibility to resort to the Online Dispute Resolution Service offered to consumers by the European Union.
